We are not VAT registered and do not currently operate as a limited company.

The Balloon Agents is a business support and information platform for the balloon and event décor industry, which includes:

  • A calendar of third-party training events and workshops
  • A directory of trainers, academies, and industry services
  • Business tools, calculators, templates, and resources
  • Educational and informational content

The platform is provided on a freemium annual basis. At present, no payments are taken for access.

3. No Professional or Legal Advice

All content provided on The Balloon Agents — including calculators, pricing guidance, templates, tools, and written resources — is provided for general information and guidance only.

You acknowledge that:

  • We do not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, or business advice
  • You are solely responsible for your own business decisions

  • We accept no responsibility for outcomes based on use of our content

4. Calendar Listings & Third-Party Events

4.1 Third-Party Responsibility

Training dates, events, and listings displayed on the calendar are submitted by third parties (including trainers and academies).

We:

  • Do not organise, host, run, or deliver these events
  • Do not verify the accuracy, quality, or legitimacy of listings
  • Display information as submitted for visibility purposes only

4.2 No Liability

We accept no responsibility or liability for:

  • Cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled events
  • Changes to event details
  • Quality, content, or delivery of training
  • Financial loss, dissatisfaction, or disputes
  • Trainer conduct or outcomes

Any agreement entered into between users and third-party trainers is strictly between those parties.

5. User Accounts & Access

You agree that:

  • Access is personal and must not be shared
  • You will not misuse, abuse, or attempt to exploit the platform
  • You will not upload false, misleading, or harmful content

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Remove or restrict access
  • Remove content without notice
  • Take action against misuse, abuse, or behaviour damaging to the platform or its reputation

No refunds apply where access is withdrawn due to breach of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or exploit platform content
  • Attempt to replicate or reverse-engineer platform tools, structure, or concepts
  • Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm others
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or misuse.

  • Templates, calculators, tools
  • Resource materials
  • Calendar structure and concept

8. Platform Availability

No liability is accepted for downtime or changes.

Where possible, disputes should be resolved by mediation prior to legal action.
If unresolved, courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
