Day 1 – Foundations & Business

The first day focuses on building a strong technical and commercial foundation for your business.

Product Knowledge & Care
Learn the differences between Latex, Foil and Bubble/Clearz balloons, explore the full range of Sempertex balloon finishes, and discover how to create premium-looking designs. You’ll also cover helium calculations, ULTRA HI-FLOAT™ application, safety procedures and sustainability best practices.

Pricing for Profit & Growth
Understand how to confidently price your work using direct costs, overheads and profit calculations. Learn the principles behind profitable pricing, business start-up considerations and insurance requirements.

Hands-On Technical Basics
Develop essential balloon skills including professional knotting techniques, sizing, measuring, duplets and quad clusters – the building blocks of countless balloon installations.

Day 2 – Design & Launch

Day two focuses on practical décor creation and preparing to launch your business professionally.

Classic & Profitable Decorations
Create three essential balloon designs every professional should know:

Introduction to Next-Level Techniques
