Jamie’s Jam – Halloween Balloon Jam & Networking Event

Come and join Playtime Presents for Jamie’s Jam — a fantastic live balloon event bringing together balloon artists, twisters, decorators and entertainers for a relaxed day of balloons, networking, demonstrations, competitions and jamming in Bournemouth, Dorset.

Following the success of the last event, Jamie’s Jam is back — and this time the day is starting an hour earlier to squeeze even more in!

With a Halloween theme, balloon stock sponsored by Gemar and live demonstrations from special guests Darren Mortiboy and Terence Fong, this is a brilliant opportunity to spend the day creating, learning, sharing ideas and catching up with others from across the balloon and entertainment industry.

Whether you’ve been twisting for 20 years or are only just getting started, everyone is welcome.

What to expect:

🎈 Balloon jamming throughout the day
🎈 Live demonstrations from special guests Darren Mortiboy and Terence Fong
🎈 Halloween-themed balloon inspiration
🎈 Competitions and games
🎈 Networking with fellow balloon artists and entertainers
🎈 Opportunities to share techniques, ideas and inspiration
🎈 Access to the Playtime Balloons shop on the day

Your £29.99 investment includes:

• Entry to the Playtime Presents live event
• Jamming balloon stock sponsored by Gemar
• Demonstrations throughout the day
• Special guest demonstrations from Darren Mortiboy and Terence Fong, sponsored by Gemar
• Competitions and games
• Networking and jamming opportunities
• Access to the Playtime Balloons shop during the event

There’s no need to bring balloons for the jamming sessions as Gemar are kindly sponsoring the stock, although you’re absolutely welcome to bring your own balloons, favourite products or equipment if you’d like to.

The Playtime Balloons shop will also be available during the event with a range of popular products. If there’s something specific you’d like, ordering in advance and selecting collection at the event is recommended.

Jamie’s Jam is open to balloon twisters, children’s entertainers, balloon decorators, hobbyists and anyone wanting to meet others within the industry. You don’t need to be an experienced balloon artist to attend and, if you’re coming alone or have never attended an industry jam before, the event is designed to be friendly and relaxed.

This is not a formal training course. Jamie’s Jam is primarily a networking, jamming and community event, although the live demonstrations and opportunity to work alongside other balloon artists mean there will be plenty of ideas and inspiration to take away from the day.
