The UK’s biggest MEGA balloon event is back for 2026 — bigger, bolder, and this year… football’s coming home.

Hosted at the iconic Aston Villa Football Club, Balloon Summer Splash brings together balloon artists from across the industry for three days of training, creativity, networking and hands-on learning.

This year, delegates will collaborate to create a spectacular World Cup-inspired balloon installation inside a giant globe, which will then be displayed on the stadium grounds throughout the World Cup.

Balloon Summer Splash is designed to upskill artists, support industry growth, and help you develop the techniques and confidence to take your work to the next level.

For 2026, the event is also evolving into a pathway to future opportunities, connecting artists with large-scale installations, brands and industry leaders within the balloon and events industry.

You’ll also have the chance to learn from world-class trainers, including a globally recognised artist making their first-ever UK appearance.
