But The Balloon Agents was never meant to be just a calendar.

It was created in response to an industry that is creative, skilled, and demanding – yet too often undervalued, misunderstood, and underpriced. From the outside, balloon work can look easy. From the inside, it requires time, training, investment, problem-solving, physical effort, and years of experience to build something sustainable.

Too many new artists enter the industry without support or guidance around pricing, boundaries, or the true cost of their time. Too many experienced balloon artists find themselves competing against unrealistic prices that devalue not only their work, but the industry as a whole. The result is burnout, isolation, and a race to the bottom that benefits no one.

The Balloon Agents exists to change that.

Our aim is to create a genuine one-stop place for the balloon industry – a hub for training, education, events, business support, and most importantly, community. We’re building a space that brings everyone together, no matter what stage you’re at, so you can access the support you need without judgement, pressure, or competition.

The balloon world can be an incredibly lonely place. Most balloon artists work alone, often behind the scenes, with very few people who truly understand the challenges of the job. We believe the industry is stronger when artists support each other — sharing knowledge, celebrating wins, and lifting one another up rather than competing to the bottom.

At the heart of The Balloon Agents is a curated training and events hub, bringing together workshops, masterclasses, trade shows and content days from across the UK in one trusted place. Alongside this sits our Business Hub – a growing collection of practical, interactive tools created specifically for balloon and event professionals, designed to help artists price confidently, understand their costs, manage their time, and build sustainable businesses they’re proud of.

We’re here to help raise standards across the UK balloon industry – not by gatekeeping or hierarchy, but by education, connection, and shared values. When balloon artists feel supported, informed, and confident, the entire industry benefits – creatively, professionally, and financially.
